MDL ISIS/Base is a flexible desktop database management system for storing, searching, and retrieving chemical structures and associated scientific data. Its form-based searching provides customization and ease of use, plus it enables you to combine chemical structure searches with text and numeric queries.
MDL ISIS/Base is available as a standalone desktop program on your PC or you can use it as a client to MDL ISIS/Host. MDL ISIS/Base requires that you also have MDL ISIS/Draw installed.
